Meet our Team:
Alan Perl, President, has extensive experience in Catering Management & has done events as large as 12,000 guests from Grand Openings for Mercedez Benz, Society balls in tents on Navesink. He has worked for Royalty, Vice Presidents, Presidents, Governor, Heads of State, Movie Stars & Many Celebrities you all love. But his true passion is making fabulous events for special Brides & Grooms just like YOU!, He states "It is a feeling of accomplishment that you can't beat! ".
Alan has received many accolades and awards over the years such as a recipient of the Stouffer Award of excellence in Culinary Arts and was one of the winners for the Favorite Class Award for his "Unique Buffet Presentations". He was Chief Steward for Atlas Ambassador Glatt Kosher Tours. He planned menus, ordered, received, supervised teams of chefs and trained local chefs and cooks the art of kosher cuisine. He has been a leader in the community and has recently donated a new kitchen to Freehold Jewish Center. He is a member of the Certified Catering Professionals, the National Association of Catering Executives and a consultant to Catering Today Magazine and The Catering Newsletter. He has taught over 700 caterers about kosher catering, at several catering conventions in Vegas and the Caribbean.
Our Sales Director, Jennifer Channing has over 10+ years of sales management & event coordinating experience in the food and beverage industry planning events as large as 5,000 in attendance. Ms. Channing has quite a following of loyal and repeat clients who have looked to her time and time again to plan and guide them on all the details of their special day. Jennifer is a devoted professional who always makes her clients feel they are her only client; she stands on the ethical practice of always over-delivering and going beyond what the client expects. Jennifer's event planning expertise, attention to detail and love for the business along with uncompromised customer service is a trademark and principle of The Ultimate Caterer.
Our executive chef, William E. Towle, is a graduate of the acclaimed Johnson and Wales University, and its Culinary Institute. Mr.Towle has been creating eclectic cuisine with us for over 10 years and in the Chef biz for over 20 years. His unique presentation and dedication shine through within every aspect of presentation and taste. Our experienced staff of sales/catering consultants, directed by Jennifer Channing, is professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making each event a resounding success.
